Suggested Progression Routes available to Apprentices are...

• Key Skills at a higher level
• Essential Skills Training and Achievement
• Multi-skilling
• Team Leader NVQ Level 2
• A further NVQ at Level 3 (not available in ceramic manufacturing at present)
• Business Improvement Techniques

The Apprentice may also go on to Further or Higher Education: for example, a Foundation Degree, or specialist courses and qualifications relating to their job.
